Excellent service at Key and Crows! We went in at around 5, very busy, still got out by 630. Freshest food in town! I had Grilled Chicken Wrap with Parmesan Garlic Fries, and my neighbor had Bruschetta pasta. Great for leftovers too! Only downside is no handicap parking but they do have a ramp up to the door.

Small town gem is how I would describe this restaurant. Visiting on a Saturday for an event in the area, I try to avoid chain restaurants and visit hometown restaurants instead. This restaurant definitely fits that bill. The staff we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were given adequate time to look over the menu and make our selections. My 8-year-old granddaughter wanted a cheese pizza from the kids' menu, and I chose the Chicken Parmigiana with Parmesan sauce. My meal was breaded chicken served atop a large serving of spaghetti, topped with a Parmesan sauce, and a portion of bread. My granddaughter's pizza must have been delicious because my meal was taking a couple of minutes longer to arrive at the table, and she had already eaten about half of her pizza. The young lady who waited on us was very pleasant and always kept a big smile on her face. There was another young lady there working along side her, who I can only assume was new to the job; she was polite and approached the table with a smile. Both of them made sure we always had plenty to drink and enough napkins on the table. This restaurant is small, with limited seating available - approximately 10 tables that seat four in the dining area. Even with the limited seating, on the Saturday we visited, there was never an empty table. I would recommend this restaurant. If I'm back in this area, I would stop in for a meal

The food was so amazing and all made from scratch. It was very reasonably priced and very generous portions. Jackie was so welcoming to us, he made us feel like we belong there! Best restaurant in Lancaster. And it’s a family owned private business. What not to love?

Great locally owned restaurant. The food is delicious. My hard to please husband was thrilled. Serving sizes were plenty as well. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or passing through stopping at Keys and Crows. I will definitely be telling people to come eat here.

We truly enjoyed our lunch at Keys and Crows. Our waitress had such a bubbly personality! We had never tried Parmesan truffle fries. They were awesome and the dipping sauce was so good we had to ask for another. We all got different entrees and loved every bite. There was plenty of food per serving. Got a to go box. Took a piece of chocolate peanut butter cake home with me Very moist and so rich.

Such a great small town restaurant. Amazing pizza made from scratch. We got the classic pepperoni pizza, the pepperonis are amazing! We also ordered some truffle French fries that were great as well. We can't wait to try more from the menu next time. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The staff is great. We are so glad to find such a great restaurant near by.
